There’s no doubt – costumes are always a hot topic around here! The Halloween edition of the Penguin Style catalog comes out this Friday and it’s gonna be stuffed full of costumes. Make sure to get to the Gift Shop early so you and your buddies have lots of time to get ready for the Halloween party at the end of October.

And speaking of costumes, can you help us out with one? In November we’re presenting a brand new play at the Stage – and one of the characters is a Gnome! It’d be cool if you could help decide what his outfit should look like.

Club Penguin- The Good Old Days

It’s 73ryagax posting! Today, since there’s nothing really going on in Club Penguin, I thought I’d show you how Club Penguin back in the old days, some of you that play Club penguin now didn’t know what it was like in the old days. I will be showing you some SWF files

Here’s the original homepage and log-in screen for club penguin. This was what club penguin was like 4 years ago:

About a year later Club Penguin decided to change their homepage and log in screen. This is the 2nd generation home page (or log in screen) used on Club Penguin:

Here’s a look at the Town during some of the first parties ever held on Club Penguin! These parties both took place in the first year of Club Penguin. The parties are the original Halloween Party (this party was the month when Club Penguin came out) and the first ever Christmas Party. Check it out!

Wasn’t that awesome? When, i first found these SWF’s, I was like I HAD to make a post about this! What do you think? Club Penguin Dojo Construction Almost Done!

Well, it looks like the Dojo construction is almost complete! Instead, of the Stand Here sign, look at how they changed it:

You can tell from the amulet picture that the Volcano room is coming soon, the amulet item should be in the Ninja Catalog this Friday to get you into the Volcano

Club Penguin Halloween Costumes Sneak Peek!

I just got from school so I made this post a bit late. Sorry for the delay
Anyway…

It’s almost time for Halloween! The catalog that some of you penguins (guys xD) wait for all year will FINALLY be at the Gift Shop on Friday! And the Halloween costumes in this year’s edition…well, here’s a sneak peek of one of the items:

New Pin & Igloo Music! Shake-a Shake-a Shake-a It!

Hey Guys, Today Club Penguin added some new songs to the Music List in our Igloo and a new pin. Last weeks newspaper said the igloo music here September 21st… We later found out it was a typing mistake – But It’s here now! I’m kind of happy that they added some new songs because the other ones where getting old. Anyways, Check out the new tunes, the new songs are in bold white:

Do you guys remember at all abut the Salsa tune from a few years ago? Well, they brought it back but just with a different name! Go listen for yourself, I will try to find an SWF file of the music and make an update later

Happy77 Talks Volcano and Treat Shop, New Room?

Hey Guys! 73ryagax here posting about what Happy77 had to say about the volcano! She managed to sit down with someone on the Club Penguin team and talk to them about it! Heres what she had to say:

Q: Is this smoke we’re seeing coming from a volcano? Or is it a mountain?

A: At first I thought it might be the Tallest Mountain, but it can’t be. After all, there are taller mountains surrounding the one that’s smoking. And when you think about it, it must be a volcano! Most of the mountains on Club Penguin have snow on the top of them, but that mountain has never had any snow on it.

Q: Does this have anything to do with the ninja stuff that’s happening?

A: Well I can’t give away all our secrets, but I’ve noticed that the ninjas in Club Penguin have been very active lately!

Q: Um…Haven’t you noticed that there’s no TREAT shop on the map?

A: I suppose there are no treat shops, but if you ever need to satisfy your sweet tooth go to the kitchen at the Pizza Parlor and turn the big red lever on the Pizzatron 3000!

Wow! Thats some great info to know, rite? I have a feeling this is going to be really big and a treat shop on CP! Stay tuned for all the info! Thanks guys! Do you really think they will make a treat shop? Comment with your ideas
